Dr. Jeff Arthur

For once a great trip to the doctors.The staff was great and made me comfortable and at ease. The whole experience was very good !

I'm shocked to see my X pain management doc, dr. Arthur has ANY high ratings. Warning to anyone considering getting any procedure done by him: DO NOT DO IT! Dr. Arthur & his partner in crime anesthesiologist only want your money. I call them the "double dippers". Last I heard certain practices were being investigated. Oh & if that's not enough for you to look elsewhere, do not be expecting dr. Arthur do any follow-up care for you. It's been over a yr that I had procedure done. ONLY rec 1 ph call from him. He ACTUALLY asked me (the patient) "why am I not finding your MRI anywhere?" Wow! He had just stuck a needle in my back a week earlier. SCARY!

I have used Dr Arthur for years. I fractured my back in 2 places when I was in high school (1966) and have had continual pain ever since. Dr Arthur has given me injections when I needed them and they always lasted for a reasonable amount of time. Finally a couple of years ago (2016) he told me he had helped me as much as he could and it was time to go to a neurosurgeon. I actually cried because I loved Dr Arthur so much! Fast forward through 3 back surgeries, which helped so much with reducing the level of pain, I am back in Dr Arthur's office (2018). He has now implanted a Boston Scientific Spinal Cord Stimulator in my spine and I am getting about without a walker for the first time in over a year. Even my husband loves Dr Arthur and he is a tough sell on any doctor. We love Dr Arthur because he really does care. He always wants to know "why ?" He questions everything. If he can't help or he doesn't know, he says so. But if anyone asks me, I'll say he ALWAYS knows what to… do.

I was in extreme pain. Standing or walking made my nerves feel like they were on fire. I went to Doctor Arthur to find relief and I did. I’m grateful for his help. Thank you Doctor Arthur life is wonderful.

I have used Dr Jeff Arthur for years and he has always been great. He is very concerned for the patient and takes the time to answer any questions that the patient may have. It is important to him that he fully understands the pain so that when he treats the patient, he is addressing the source of the pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have been without back and neck pain for the first time in years. I appreciate Dr Arthur’s knowledge and skill.

HE DID THINGS TO ME NO DOCTOR SHOULD Do , I detest him and think he should be disbarred from practicing medicine.

Dr Arthur is the rudest Doctor I have ever seen. The first time I took my 82 year mother I had to give him the benefit of doubt. Thinking he was rushed or way behind of schedule. The second time was truly no different. He did s block on mom and came by in recovery and was an a--hole. Today was no different. Took mom and he told my mom that the only thing he knows for sure is that he is going to die one day!!! Will not listen to her, only give his advise. How does a Dr treat a person if they can't explain their pain. Truly can't stand him. He might be an ok Doctor but his bedside manners are horrible. No compassion. Time to get out of the profession.

Dr. Arthur is alright. He is the only Doctor who could get my Injections correct. Now his young Nurse that puts patients in the room I can't say the same for her. She was a little disrespectful to me and actually forgot about me with a drug test hanging out of my mouth. That was gross. Suggestion when you want to know what a patient has in there system DRAW BLOOD/TEST HAIR and pay attention to what your doing instead of setting at the desk in the first room by the check out counter. Jackie is wonderful with a great memory. My Insurance information wasn't correct. I filled out a short Novel when I arrived only to be questioned again about my Novel by the young lady because she failed to look at my papers so therefore I had to tell Dr. Arthur all over again. Wait time was not good especially if your in pain. Slow moving. Dr. Arthur has a excellent sense of humor. The office is a small maze.

After a severe spine injury and countless doctors, I was referred to Dr. Jeff Arthur. He and his staff were very attentive, caring, and professional. All of the doctors said that nothing could be done for the nerve damage that I suffered from. Dr. Arthur and his staff devised a plan of treatment, that I followed to the letter. In short, after years of being virtually bed ridden, I have a life.
