Dr. Jeffery Clyde Fernyhough, MD

i read some reviews that do not reflect anything about his surgical outcomes; only about the patients feeling about dr. fernyough and his staff. patients feelings be are immaterial in the surgical suite ; i want to have the best outcome for me.

The previous reviews on other boards are dead on -- the staff are the rudest/pompous bunch i've ever come across. If you are retired and have no life, this is a great place to wait an entire 1/2 day to be seen. I finally walked out after waiting 2 hours in the lobby & getting called in for an in-house "X-ray" (after i just had an MRI completed days ago) before the Dr. sees me .... what a complete waste of time ! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else -- the staff is an extension of the doctors that work in this practice & I can tell you they're all rude and miserable. You'll find more courteous staff at the local DMV office.

Waited an hour to get into the exam room and anoher half hour to see the dr. Never saw the arrogant sob, simply walked out. Staff doesn't care as well.

I was referred to this doctor. After waiting nearly 2 hours to see this doctor for the first time, I had to leave to get back to work. Not once did the office staff mention how long the wait would be or suggest I come back later! What a terrible way to treat your patients. Too bad, because I heard he was a good doctor.
