Dr. Jeffrey Joel Thomas, MD

This Dr. Took over my care while I have been in the hospital. He is very arrogant and has a very bad bedside manner. Unable to have a proper professional conversation about your care without him being disrespectful and interrupting you. His response to interrupting is "I'm sharing facts!" Nope you CAN NOT continue taking care of your patient if you do not currently know what's going on or if theres anything new!!!! So with that being said he is a horrible Dr. I DO NOT recommended him. So far my symptoms are getting worse. I wish I could give 0 stars because I would. I have been dealing with his bad attitude for at least at least 3 days now and I have FIRED him from my care.

My mother saw Dr Jeff Joel Thomas while an inpatient at John Muir Hospital. He was terrible to her. No compassion. Zero bedside manner. He was gruff, arrogant, everything you would not want in a doctor. Shocked this guy stays employed. When my mother threatened to fire him as her doctor, all the nurses on the hospital floor came by to congratulate for putting this doctor's arrogance in check. If I could give zero stars, I would.

He is an amazing doctor and he cares a lot about all of his patients.

Likes to lecture, no ear for listening. Rude to family

This Dr. reverted to telling my family to use common sense when knowing how to watch for signs on when to bring our family member back to the hospital, rather than be a Dr and explain signs and symptoms. He stated there are no signs and symptoms, other than “common sense”. Another dr walked in right behind him and explained everything with great detail. We already knew he didn’t know what he was taking about, didn’t want to take the time to help educate a family on the condition of our loved one, however the Dr walking bending him, showed us we were right. He’s in the wrong profession. You have to have some empathy and understanding towards what your patients and family members are going through. You need to have some respect for those who are under your care and fighting to stay alive, yet he was dismissive and resorted to putting us down. Unfortunately, by reading his other reviews, we see that others have had to endure his unorthodox behavior. Rude.

Attempted to DC 50.+ pt with MS/ TBI, Multiple Spinal Cord Injuries and unable to walk, to the street! This alleged healer did no evaluation prior to the action to throw the former Hospice / Oncology practitioner to the street. This entity laughed as he informed the former R.. and father of two, widower 4 th generation Californio and CEO of Musicians Against Multiple Sclerosis @ a 501(3c). We must pray for this sic MD. Onelv

Dangerous.

Dr. Thomas proved to be a master diagnostician. He diagnosed my problem and was the only doctor to do so. I am ve5y grateful to him.

He was hospitalist for my mother and took time to inform me about the details of her condition while at the hospital.
