Dr. Bell is an excellent OBGYN doctor, and I have been seeing him for more than twenty years. He truly engages with his patients and takes all the time necessary during the exam and in his office afterwards to discuss and explain where the patient is in their life's OBGYN journey. He is a true asset to the UVA Health team!

Dr. Bell is far and above the best medical professional I have ever encountered. His wide knowledge base of physiological childbirth and obstetric practices combined with his genuine and realistic care and empathetic support for his patients makes him a shining beacon of hope for mothers looking for such care. Especially those like me, seeking a successful TOLAC and VBAC with as little intervention as possible. Something I can honestly say I may not have achieved without being in Dr. Bell's care. He is the standard by which all in his field should hope to emulate.
