Dr. Jeffrey Allan Fink, MD

He was so condescending, mean and judgmental to me that he actually made me cry, and he still continued to adamantly talk over me while disregarding my VISIBLE hand issue. I felt helpless. I called a different practice immediately.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went for a second opinion on cyst removal surgery (Nov 13, 2019) recovery. Waited for an hour just for him to mansplain to me. Dismissive, didn't listen to me whatsoever. Rude, condescending. I told him I was in PT 2x a week and did home therapy 3x a day. He recommended THREE DIFFERENT TIMES that I start home therapy. Asked what microblading is (what I do for work) and cut me off before I could answer. Said most people only need 30% ROM to use their thumb, so I should be working. Except if he LISTENED to me, he'd know that I am literally cutting peoples faces open and that precision matters, so I need to be able to move and manipulate my thumb. Just as bad, if not worse than Dr. Ronchetti (who did my surgery and is in the same building.) I had to stand up and leave. I left in tears, because he just would not hear what I had to say. Please do not go to either of them. If you like being treated like a piece of shi*t, then by all means, go waste your… time.

Had two hand surgery right and left he did a amazing job I would recommend him ty dr.Fink ..don C.

This was the worst visit to a doctors office that I have ever had. I had to wait 45 minutes just to be seen by Dr. Fink. When I was seen, he rushed through the appointment and dismissed any concerns I had, as if he already had a narrative already written in his mind. He was very condescending. I actually thought the resident who saw me prior to Dr. Fink coming into the room was better than he was. Looking back when they asked me if I had any questions, I should have asked the resident for his final opinion, not Dr. Fink.

I had both hands operated on and they seem to go from one problem to the next. I feel that this should have been explained to me. Right now I am experiencing more pain then before. Dr. Fink, does not say much now that the surgery is done except to tell me about another surgery. He is very cold and unfeeling when I tell him about my feelings. I was very taken back by how cold he could be at my visits. I don't know if he is a good surgeon because I am hoping my hands are still healing. I am hopeful something good will come out of having these good visits with this unfeeling man.

If I could give zero stars, I would. He is the most arrogant, ill-mannered, defensive person; let alone doctor I have ever encountered. His surgery style is like McDonald's - drive thru, chop you up and spit you out. Find another doctor or you'll be like me - looking for a new one to correct what he didn't do right the first time!

This guy has a horrible bedside manor and totally ignores anything you say or questions you have. He has one train of thought and that is his. His way or the highway.He gets wéird if you discuss medical possibilities with him or if you go to an appointment prepared from doing your own research or are your own advocate. I went for appointment for an issue a serious issue which he tried telling me was something totally different than I had been told by other doctors needed to be done. It was like he didn’t have a clue. I wouldn’t let this clown touch me with a knife. NEVER. I had my issue dealt with by another doctor that knew what he was doing.Dr Fink was very arrogant and sanctimonious. He is a hand surgeon but carried himself like he had found a cure for cancer. I would suggest don’t waste your time with him.

Nice looking, clean office with professional and friendly staff at the front desk and check out. Dr Fink, however, is quite another story. As a healthcare professional, I am embarrassed by his lack of bedside manner. He also didn't remember one thing about my surgery, which was 13 days prior to my follow up. So I learned nothing on how it went. He's rude, condescending and I do not recommend him to patients who don't have their own base of medical knowledge.
