would not listen to my Pain i was having, just told me that he was the doctor, and that he new where my pain was. then tried to tell me that i had Chrondro malacia ( arthritis ) thats when i got up and walked out of his office. this was a workers Comp referred doctor, sounds like he works for the insurance co.

If you’re looking for a doctor who cares about you as a patient and shows compassion regarding your injury and quality of life, DO NOT go to this doctor. He is snide, condescending and speaks to you like you are a child. He rushes through his exam and basically speaks at you instead of to you. He is clearly more concerned with getting you out the door more than anything else. I assume it has to do with the fact that I am a Worker’s Comp case. Also, his receptionist is HORRIBLY rude. Don’t expect to finish a sentence without getting interrupted and every question you ask will seem like the biggest burden. She should definitely not be in customer service whatsoever. Would give this place a zero star review if I could.

Refuse to even give a star. Starting with the "secretary" which needs a serious class of customer service and manners my overall experience in this office was a disaster. Even had to wait outside the office for my appt. to be close to the time to be seen so I could avoid the high level of noise inside with music and tv both going on at the same time. Very loud!!! Had to wait for an hour and twenty five minutes when having an appt. to be seen. Doctor did not say anything different of what I knew already and did not offer any alternative for my pain. When confronted with some information, got annoyed and turned his back on me. I will look for a serious and professional opinion on my case with my private insurance since my two visits were through workers compensation. Will never recommend this provider neither his employee to anyone. I truly believe there are more serious and capable medical professionals in this area.

Run as fast as you can from him. He will blame you,your mattress, your childhood,anything he can for your pain..don't trust him

Dr. Jeffrey F, is not honest I have proof of that. He just saves money to insurance companies.

This person ( doctor), doesn’t have any basic civilized manners, humanity and personal culture! He is so brutal, arrogant, not civilized! Why he is a doctor? He must be, and probably is - a very good paid Insurance companies “secret” agent! His License must be questioned and suspended!

Dr. Feldan is impatient,arrogant and judgmental. I was on workman's comp for an injury at work and he treated me terribly. All I wanted were some answers but instead made me feel like I was a nuisance. Stay Away!!!

This has got to be one of the rudest offices and doctors I've been to. First of all the secretary, Betty, is the rudest secretary I have ever encountered. She has no manners, and obviously has no Customer Service experience. Every time I had to called (and believe me I dreaded calling this place), she will always put me on hold without asking, and hung up on multiple occasions. This secretary, needs to learned how to be compassionate and caring, she is working in the health industry. And the Dr. Friedman, he is very rude, every time he walks in the room he will look in to all of his papers, and notes, without talking to you. I injured my back, and really don't have any idea why workers comp would referred me to this doctor, when his specialty is with knees and shoulders. He kept sending me to physical therapy, which didn't do anything for me, I kept telling him that it was not working, but he didn't wanted to try anything else. After 3 months of all of this, he finally released me,… without wanting to try anything else. It's probably for the best, I am getting a second opinion with a back specialist, and hopefully that doctor will be more helpful than Dr. Friedman was. In conclusion, I do not recommend this office, and doctor, at all. And if he reads this, I want you, Dr. Friedman to read this: "I don't know where you doctors lose your humanity, but you lose it. You know, if all of you at the beginning of your careers could get very sick and very scared for a while, you'd probably learn more from that than from anything else. You better start listening to your patients. They need to be heard. They need caring. They need compassion. They need attending to. You know, someday doctor, you're going to be on the other side of the table, and as angry as I am and as ANGRY as I always will be, I still wish you a better doctor than you were to me."

Initially the appointment was off to a slow start Dr. Friedman is blunt which is appropriate however the first 5 min or so he comes across as impatient, arrogant and judgemental. All of those are good characteristics but it made building rapport slow. Half way through the exam Dr. Friedman realized the extent of injury and explained he needed more information via MRI & X-rays.overall pleased with the initial exam. Dr. Friedman is professional and an expert in his field.
