Doctor was nice, but maybe was in my room 5 minutes. I dont think he even looked at my foot.

Complete waste of time. I was diagnosed with CRPS in 2009; I have had multiple surgeries on my foot & I scheduled my appointment because I was having severe swelling, pain, numbness,& tingling. The Dr. Told me that “this is not CRPS” and that the problem with my foot comes from wearing a flip-flop to my appointment. He was dismissive, condescending, and made me feel like he did not want to be bothered. Hi missed out on eight days pay, left his office feeling frustrated and unheard. My pain and symptoms are real; and my choice of footwear has nothing to do with it. Just another Doctor Who doesn’t listen to the patient and dismisses them. I would never recommend him or the practice.

My appointment was scheduled for 9:05 AM, and I was instructed to arrive a few minutes early. I checked in at 8:45 and asked how far behind the doctor was running. I was told the delay would be about 10–15 minutes. At 9:45, I asked again when the doctor would be able to see me and was assured I would be next. At 10:26, I received the same assurance. I was finally taken to a room at 10:30. At 10:45, the PA came in. When I mentioned that I had already been waiting nearly two hours, she dismissed my concern. After my X-ray, the doctor came in around 11:00, spent only a few minutes with me, and then sent in another PA to finish the appointment. At no point did Dr. Gittens acknowledge or apologize for the fact that my appointment was running more than two hours behind. At checkout around 11:30, I was asked if I wanted to schedule a follow-up. I explained that I would find another doctor rather than spend another two hours waiting past my appointment time. The response I received was, “Suit… yourself.” This entire experience was unacceptable and unprofessional. No one—neither the doctor nor the staff—offered any apology or acknowledgment of the excessive delay. I also have a job, and taking three to four hours for a single appointment is unreasonable and costly for any patient. If I had shown up at 11:00 for a 9:00 appointment, I would not have been seen, yet I was expected to wait without explanation. I will not be returning.

Dr. Gittins, listen and heard me, he quickly worked to solve the problem. I felt safe in his care, very professional, willing to answer all my questions.

Doctor is personable. Staff helpful. Wait time was longer than anticipated, but they do see a lot of patients.

After an hour and a half waiting for my 11:00 appointment. 12:30 I get taken into a room. Dr. Gittens walks in says come back and see me in February. All because I told the Assistant my pain level was a level one. I feel like he felt he didn't need to see me because of that. And all but walked right out of the room. Didn't give me any time to ask the questions that I needed to ask cuz I had not seen him in 2 years. It was not my fault he was an hour and a half behind. I tried to talk to him but again he just walked out and didn't care. Or at least this is the way I felt. I heard he was the best but he's not the best if he don't take care of his patients. Again, I deserved my 15 minutes of time that my insurance is paying for not the one minute that he walked in and out.

Wait time was normal, no problem. Dr. Giddens was excellent. Knew what my problem was and gave a treatment plan and brace that had immediate positive results. Thank you!

Was very courteous and didn’t have to wait long ..made me feel at ease about my surgery, that is coming up. Reassured me that everything would be fine. All the nurses and the staff there made you feel very welcomed very pleasant. I also want to thanks Kirby for putting my cast on he talked me thru step by step ..

Didn't have to wait long in waiting room. Dr. Jeff was polite, explained the reasons for my symptoms and suggested physical therapy 1st to go along with insurance protocol.

Dr Jef, Is so friendly. Was patient to answer all my questions and was time conscious.
