We had made a wrong turn and I was late for my appointment. They immediately accepted my apology and then they saw me and I had the appointment. They were extremely nice and treated us with so much care. One of the best appointments I have had at Vanderbilt Eye Clinic. This was at Spring Hill.

Dr. Kammer is the absolute best in his field! He posses the right blend of professionalism, skill, compassion, and empathy. I am EXTREMELY pleased and hopeful for my long term eye health having him as my eye physician/surgeon. Having an eye problem/disease id hard and scary. I have been to numerous ophthalmologists in the past but none had the professionalism , confidence, and calm stature that he does while at the same time sensing when to say a kind word, reassure, have a gentle hand while acknowledging your fears and supporting the emotions that can easily surface. I am truly confident as I watch him care for SO many people hoping for a miracle with such stellar professionalism, expertise, and human compassion!!! He just completed SLT treatments to both my eyes for glaucoma. He always executes 110% of himself while caring for his patients!!!

Rather grumpy. Needs to work on his bedside manner. Not very informative. I have always liked the doctors at Vandy, but he's just not friendly at all. His personal staff is kind of stuck up and not too good. I do think he's probably a good doctor.

Dr. Kammer is a very competent, caring and knowledgeable professional. His office has state of the art equipment and a very nice and helpful staff. I feel fortunate to have him as my doctor.

Dr Kammer and his staff were most considerate of my somewhat claustrophobic tendencies. The entire experience was one of feeling cared for and listened to.
