Dr. Jeffrey C Lai, MD

Dr. Jeffrey Lai is a family medicine physician who also specializes in sports medicine. He earned his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine of Yeshiva University and completed his residency at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center. With 17 years of experience in practice, Dr. Lai brings extensive knowledge to both general family care and athletic injuries. He speaks both Spanish and English.

Dr. Lai practices at multiple locations throughout the Long Beach and Torrance areas in California, with hospital affiliations including MemorialCare Miller Children's and Women's Hospital Long Beach, Harbor UCLA Medical Center, Torrance Memorial Medical Center, and Providence Little Company of Mary Medical Center Torrance. He treats patients experiencing joint pain, knee discomfort, and foot problems. His approach to care includes physical therapy guidance, strength training programs, and occupational therapy recommendations to help patients recover and maintain their health.
