Dr. Jeffrey Biehn

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the care my mother received following her knee replacement surgery on January 21, 2026. Despite complications requiring an extended hospital stay, and our explicit communication to the care team regarding her role as the primary caregiver for a patient with advanced dementia, she was prematurely discharged. Our request for her to be placed in a rehabilitation facility for physical therapy and recovery was overridden by a physical therapist, Suzanne, who evaluated her for only 15 minutes. Dr. Biehn approved this release, and she was sent home on Saturday, January 24, 2026. Upon returning home, it became clear she was unable to care for herself. She cannot walk more than 10 feet without assistance, is unable to use the bathroom or shower independently, and required manual lifting to move. Furthermore, she was left without professional care until the following Tuesday. Her well being has now been put at risk.

One year ago I had a total knee replacement. ..Dr Biehn was fantastic...his staff is friendly and professional..Dr Biehn did an excellent job..thin scar....no pain... I have my life back..I'm able to jog on my treadmill , walk around for hours..just enjoying my life again... Stella Yates

Never heard of just a "General orthopedist"as he stated. No interest in treating prior knee replacement or treating Pain issue. Kind of like commercial,"oh I don't fix your cavity, I just verify you have one.Lunch?"
