Excellent Doctor and staff

Very personable and provided really clear explanations and options for my medical concerns. He answered all questions I had- even gave me some good advice for some other medical issues (suggested other specialists who could assist). This was my first time seeing Dr. Norris, but so far, so good. No complaints.

This is not my physician but unfortunately who I was stuck with on call. He could have not been more annoyed to be bothered on his scheduled call and was berating. I called less than 48hours after surgery to share concerns post-surgery and he could not have been more annoyed with me "bothering" him. Don't understand how this guy has a patient base.

dr. norris spent both visits staring at his IPAD; sent me for two diagnotic tests and walked out of the room while I was asking a question. Acted like he absolutely could not be bothered to help me
