Dr. Jeffrey Erle Pearce, MD

I can’t say enough about him. He predicted 12 years ago I would need my whole neck fused. It happened when he told me it would. My new doctor didn’t believe me until after my MRI. Now he treats me like he understands my pain. He also did my carpal tunnel surgery. I have no scar. The incision was only an inch long. He’s really an amazing surgeon and doctor.

Dr. Pearce and his staff had to go in and fish out the bits and pieces of my shattered L-5 disc (too heavy to think I could be a marathon runner, just pounded it to pieces; literally). I had lost the ability to lift my foot, at the ankle, on my right foot; was dragging my foot (called foot drop). Dr. Jeffrey Pearce was excellent; great personal manner and the surgery (in 1991) gave me back the use of my leg, for the most part, pain free (unless I overuse my back by weeding or lifting). I recommend Dr. Pearce to anyone considering back surgery. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you, Dr. Pearce.

Dr. Pearce and his staff are amazing! Time and care were really taken in every aspect of my care. His staff is attentive and detail oriented making the process as smooth as possible. Treatment options, care, surgery, and recovery process were thoroughly explained to me. He is a conservative doctor too which made me feel very comfortable that I had exhausted all my options before having to go have surgery. I felt very confident going into my procedure and recovery. The day of the procedure he even took care to make sure I was comfortable and clearly understood the surgery process. You couldn’t pick a better doctor to handle your situation.

For over a year I lived with excruciating pain. It ran across my lower back, into my left leg, thigj, calf and foot. I barely had any mobility. Dr. Pearce quickly put me at ease and explained in detail the process of my surgery. Sue, has a heart of gold. She scheduled me immediatly for surgery, dealt with my insurance and provided additional info. I seriously had no worries. My surgery was a success. Anytime I have questions Sue and Dr.Pearce follow thru within a hour.

My pain in my neck and arm was excruciating. Dr. Pearce performed a C-5 fusion with a cadaver bone on me, and after a couple weeks recovery, I felt like new. Would highly recommend. Caution to those who want a chatty Dr: Dr. Pearce is not be the best at "Bedside Manner." But if I wanted someone to sit down and talk to somebody I would go to a therapist. I wanted a great surgeon to fix my cervical issue and Dr. Pearce is a great surgeon!

I had my first ever surgery by Dr. Pearce in 1990. My recovery was complicated my an unexpected pregnancy. But I went from being unable to walk upright to a fully functioning person. I had been told by my work release claim that I would forever be permantly partially disabled. I wasn't thanks to Dr. Pearce. He is a perfectionist and did the best minimally invasive surgery. Now, I am older... so is he! I have degenerative disease throughout my spine that he watches to ensure I don't need surgery. Only surgery I will need is for a tumor in my spinal column... and, although I checked out other neurosurgeons out of curiosity, will only trust Dr. Pearce to do my surgery. He is an intelligent, talented, wise, caring, and compassionate surgeon.
