Dr. John Russell Faith, MD

Ive had 5 sinus surgeries. Dr.John Russell Faith did my 6th and final sinus surgery. My entire life was daily headaches, infections, migraines and lots of medications and missed work.I was on a waiting list with Dr. Faith to receive free surgery as at this time in my life I had lost my job so I lost my coverage. I was told some doctors do free surgery to offset their obligations to the IRS. I was thankful there are doctors who do this but the wait list was very long.When I finally got the call it was my turn I wasn't expecting much,afterall it will be my 6th surgery and was told my every doctor I will be cured for life afterwards but obviously having many surgeries, this has never been true. I was just hoping for a few weeks of reprieve with no migraines, medications...because that's all I would ever get. This last sinus surgery was 14 years ago and I actually am 100% cured! Not only was my surgery 100% covered by the state and of course Dr. Faith but it is true,I never had another… headache, migraine or any need for antibiotics or pain pills,absolutely CURED! I was just going over my sinus pictures Dr. Faiths office took of my before and after of the infection I had and I would post them but they are so upsetting to look at Im sure my review would not be posted if I attached them. My own family is disgusted by how bad the "before" looks,it's amazing I survived walking around that sick! Ive tried contacting Dr. Faiths office recently to send him a thankyou card and Christmas card to let him know Im serious when I say the words," you saved my life" because it was the last time I was going to go through another surgery. My mother suffered sinus problems and I inherited this ordeal and my mother sadly gave up and took her life and after experiencing it, I admit I can't blame her. I feel if Dr. Faith couldn't help me beyond just a couple of months of freedom from pain,I may have given up as well. At that time there weren't many options for migraine medication and the only one that halfway worked for me was a painful shot I had to administer myself that wasn't covered by insurance and cost $80 per shot. Believe me when someone is suffering from a ongoing sinus infection, get them to Dr. Faith! It was 14 years ago and I did try to let doctor Faith know he saved my life back then but I couldn't find anyone who could help me locate him so I thought he either retired or perhaps something worse until it being Christmas and I came across the old photos I had saved( for shock value I guess) and figured I would try once more to locate him. Low and behold, I found his name at another office allowing people to post reviews! It does look like he may be retired. Ive gotten mixed messages from what I've read and talking to the operators trying to help me locate his office so Im hoping someone who reads this knows how to tell him how valuable he is/ was as a surgeon. I wish my mother would have met him. He might have saved her life as well. Thankyou for taking the time to read this and if you know how to get this to Dr. Faith,please do so for me. Let him know as well,my last 14 years without being sick anymore has been a wonderful miracle for me and I try my best to help others the best I can just in every day life,whatever they might need...because now I can! Thankyou for that Dr. Faith!

I was misdiagnosed for a whole year , so treatment delayed a year. I changed doctors he caught it in a month MD is retired now.
