Dr. Jeffrey Alan Perlman, MD

I do not recommend Dr Perlman. I did not feel that he adequately listened to my concerns and on top of that, dealing with his office staff is an ordeal. I have only had two visits with this practice, but in that time, they had to reschedule my appointment due to their mistake, they then lost my rescheduled appointment, they did not follow up with prescription refills as requested (I had to follow up with them three times) and the lab tech did not show up to draw my blood, so they sent me to another offsite location to have my blood samples taken. Additionally, they do not do neck ultrasounds in house and recommended that I go to a hospital 20 miles away to have this completed. I was told that the office staff would submit a request and then someone would reach out to me to schedule the appointment for the ultrasound. I verified that there was no action on my part needed and I was assured that the office staff would handle it and someone would reach out to me. Well, no one ever did and… when I arrived for my next appointment, Dr. Perlman was short with me because the ultrasound had not been completed and because I had not properly followed up with his staff when I didn’t hear back. Of course, I am in the process of finding a new doctor and was told by Dr. Perlman’s staff today that the only way to request medical records from their office was to go in person to pick up a form. Save yourself time and stress and find a different doctor.
