Dr. Jeffrey P Polekoff

Dr. Polekoff has been my doctor for a while, or I guess I should say was since he never responded to my last message and had me transferred to another doctor without so much as a word after charging me for care/services that were never rendered.

He spends quality time with his patients and gives great care. He is an overall great doctor.

Jeff was my best friend, when he was in Los Angeles. He's a brilliant physician, with the best education. You won't find a more competent, earnest Internest!!

Dr. Polekoff is a good physician, caring, spends quality time with you and provides the appropriate level of care for the situation required. However, trying to interact with the staff on prescription issues, referrals, prior authorization needs is horrible. I understand how time consuming this may be but in today's medical care environment these issues are a fact of life and this practice is useless in helping patients with prompt, efficient feedback and problem resolution. Consider another group, good physicians can be found, no patient needs the level of frustration this group inflicts upon its patient population.

Dr Polekoff is very easy to communicate with when discussing problems & treatment plans. He is very patient & never tries to rush you through your appointment. The thing I like the most about Dr Polekoff is that he has a sense of humor & will discuss more than 1 problem at a time. That is very rare this day & time! I would recommend Dr Polekoff to anyone that is new to the area or is looking to switch physicans.I moved recently to an area of Atlanta that requires me to drive about an hour to see him, but I feel he is well worth the drive!
