Dr. Jeffrey Daniel Webster, MD

I used the Hurt app on Monday morning and was referred to an in-person appointment. I called ROC and was scheduled for an appointment in the morning on Tuesday, the following day. X-rays were taken before I saw Dr. Webster. The whole appointment took less than one hour and my medical issue was successfully diagnosed. I was very pleased with the process from start to finish. Dr. Webster and his medical assistant were amazing. I highly recommend ROC and Dr. Webster.

Dr. Webster, is simply the best. My wife and I have had several surgeries and procedures and he is by far the most caring doctor we have ever been involved with. The outcome of the surgeries and procedures we’ve had with him have all turned out Great. We can’t say enough about his skills and his bedside manner.

Dr.Webster was very thorough and all my questions. His staff was great as well.

Dr.Webster and his staff are outstanding. He has been a asset to this community for a longtime. His surgeries are known for good outcomes, low infection rates and quick recovery which is probably why the medical people use him when they need something. Total knees are no joke. They are not be done lightly. He is very clear and upfront. He has amazing office MA Regina who keeps all the details set and organized. The therapist in town all know his preferences to a T. Its a well oiled machine. He is professional, kind and direct. You really could not ask for anything else in a MD. Takes as much time with you as you need.

Today I had my first appointment with Dr Webster. From making my appointment to checking in, the front office staff was thoughtful and professional. My appointment started on time, something that I am not used to. Dr. Webster's nurse discussed my previous medical history discussed my pain level and set me up with the team in xray. Dr. Webster brought the xrays in and explained the reason for my knee pain and a non-surgical solution that was a relief. From start to finish, an excellent experience. Thank you Dr Webster and your team!!

Dr. Webster has performed both trigger finger release surgery and carpel tunnel release surgery on me. He listens, explains, discusses options. After a decision is made, he clarifies everything about the choice we made. Once again, he listens to all questions and clearly answers them. Before the actual surgery, he visits, and once again clarifies everything. His surgeries have been perfectly performed with absolutely no problems. He is professional, intelligent, kind and courteous. I highly recommend Dr. Webster. He is an amazing surgeon.

I had the audacity to try and get a clear explanation of a bill I received. In return I received a certified letter from Dr Webster saying I must find another Doctor.

I've been trying to find some orthos in the area and people recommended him from other offices! Good thing I scheduled because it's been two months with reduced pain in my knee. I can't jump for joy like I used to, but I can at least walk like I did. Good doc, go see him.
