Dr. Jeffry Alan Dressander, MD

Dr. Dressander is a very knowledgeable, nice and friendly doctor.

Seems moody, probably doesn't like interacting with people. Hopefully you will catch him on a day when he is happy and sober.

I had a compound tib/fib fracture. Dr Dressanger was the dr who did my emergency surgery, and followed up with several months of treatment.

Very bad experience with Dr. Dressander, I am middle age never broke a bone before.....had a fractured wrist and my middle finger hurt real bad....he looked at X-rays.....never said a word to me or asked if I had any questions.....told him my middle finger hurt....he said to be expected from fracture.....I thought he went to get something or stepped out for a minute but nope.....that was it....he barely said hello and to be honest I thought he was very disinterested and quite rude went back a couple weeks later they re X-ray my wrist told them wanted my finger X-rays.....so tech did......he then comes in and says how did u break your finger.....I'm like....I told you the first time I was here that it hurt real bad but u dismissed me without a word saying just normal swelling....then again leaves without a word......I don't know how good of a surgeon he is but his bedside manner....is awful.....he needs to learn to have some people skills/compassion

I waited a long while for him. He seemed to have no interest in my problem. He was dressed for the golf course and seemed like he was already halfway there.He reviewed my x-rays very quickly, looked disappointed that it wasn't a surgery case for him, and attempted to leave quickly without explaining the condition to me or educating me on how to handle it.He then billed me for minor surgery- he never touched me. I called the office about this wrong (fraudulent?) charge and the removed it from my bill. I bet it is easy to make a lot of money billing insurance for things that never happened.What happened to doctors who care? Given the big bucks they make, it no longer seems to attract the caring physicians of days past.

Dr. Dressander listens to what you say and addresses your concerns. He is a top-notch orthopaedic surgeon and is great with knee replacements. I had a knee replacement with him and I had no problems whatsoever.
