2 minutes ago Dr. Leoniak is a great doctor, treated me very well. However, her office staff specifically, Christina, was extremely rude. I called to reschedule my appointment, however, Christina explained she needed to get approval from Dr. Leoniak to do so. As I started to explain why I missed my appointment, Christina rudely and with an attitude inerrupted me to tell me she has to follow procedure. As I began to tell her how rude it was to interrupte me, she had the nerve to tell me I could not speak to her "that way" & hung up on me. Mind you, I was completely respectful. I called back and Christina answered again, I informed her I was trying to explain to her why I missed my appointment so she could relay that info to Dr. Leoniak. There was silence on the line before she said, "can I talk now?" She repeated her explanation about needing to get approval from dr. Leoniak which i then told her I had no issue with. I asked what her title was and she said why does that matter?". I… then asked for the office manager name which she provided. Then I asked for Dr. Leioniak me loc. #. I then told her she must really be having a bad day. She said "no, I'm not". It was the worst experience ever. Its a shame. Now, God knows what she will fabricate in her message tonthe dr. So I will not get an appointment
