So thankful for the response from the lady who booked my appointment. The first opening was 2 months in the future. I asked if they ever had cancellations and I was available to come at any time. Amazingly, I received a call at 10:15am the next day for a 1:40 pm appointment. I was so thankful and took the appointment. This was just the beginning of a superior experience from the office staff, Ariel(the PA), and Dr. Buczyner. Everyone was warm, calm, encouraging, and professional. I cannot imagine a better first visit to a doctor's practice.

Incorrectly coded my wife's visit. Collected 25% of our annual FSA dollars in January. Finally got them to recode it correctly but their billing is done by a 3rd party. Totally miserable experience. Telling us it takes 6-10 weeks to issue a refund. Been waiting 3+ months and nothing but excuses. Stay away from these people and their excuse filled team of 3rd party billing.

I had a stroke 3 years ago and i sure wish I would have seen Dr B sooner! She listens, explains, responds, offers help and ideas. THE BEST!

The worst practice ever for an appointment. You have to call a call center and never get through. Total confusion with operators and booking. No idea how the doctor is because you cannot talk to anyone except an operator. Impossible office to work with. I would not recommend it to anyone. Called for one month tried to get an appointment for my husband it was impossible speaking to people that knew what they were doing. You are treated like a number there’s absolutely no compassion or caring.

After I see Dr. J. Buczyner I feel assured that I am receiving the very best care for my neurological complexities. She cares for me as an individual and addresses all my problems. Dr. B is a very caring Physician.

I was fortunate to view a Facebook presentation on Myasthenia Gravis by Dr. Jennifer Buczyner. The presentation was very informative, interesting and to the point. I was so impressed with Dr. Buczyner’s knowledge, expertise and compassion that I scheduled an appointment to meet with her. I was diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis seven years ago, however believe I have had for close to twenty years. I have been a patient of the extraordinary Dr. Michael Benatar, University of Miami for six years after being referred by my local and beloved longtime, neurologist, Dr. Wingkun who has since retired. Since then, I have been in search of a local neurologist with expertise in Myasthenia Gravis. I was fortunate to find Dr. Buczyner who is extremely qualified and also worked with and remains in touch with Dr. Benatar whom I see at the University of Miami at least twice a year. From my first phone contact with Dr. Buczyner’s office, I found her staff warm, caring, patient and understanding. When… meeting Dr. Buczyner, I new that it was destiny that I watched her Facebook presentation. She took her time examining and asking pertinent questions. I immediately felt at ease and had the upmost confidence in her. I left the visit feeling relieved and secure should I experience future Myasthenia Gravis Episodes or even worse another Acute Myasthenia Crisis knowing we have plan. I highly recommend Dr. Jennifer Buczyner without any reservations and look forward to a yearly visit.
