I went to Dr Butterfield to have a breast reduction. This was the biggest mistake of my life. I left the hospital with small breasts and no nipples. I have since been to two more plastic surgeons for a repair and they said they can’t do anything. They said if she had take. Fifteen minutes more she wouldn’t have had to remove my nipples. 15 minutes that’s all!! Dr Butterfield ruined my life with what she did. No explanation no reason !! I wake up to a nightmare every single day!

I've been dealing with acne scars for 20 years and have tried almost every product and procedure out there. When i first came to Dr. Butterfield, it was for Botox as I had given up on any effective treatment for scarring. She recommended Fraxel. I went into it without any expectations of results. I couldn't believe when the healing started after several weeks and there was noticeable improvement in my skin. For someone with acne scars, this is life changing. I've always been very self-conscious and saddened anytime i saw my face in a picture. Now i don't mind having my picture taken. I feel beautiful and confident and that's because of Dr. Butterfield and Bea's skill and knowledge. Bea Sarver performs my fraxel treatment and her attention to detail and expertise with the equipment is amazing. She has studied the laser's capability and how to adjust it to achieve the results based on skin type and severity of scarring. Likely why the Fraxel treatment i had from a previous provider… didn't produce the results that Bea did. She takes pride in improving my skin. I hope that both Bea and Dr. Butterfield understand how much they've changed my life. Everyone in the office is caring and attentive. I cannot recommend this practice enough. I've been to countless doctors over the years for treatment of scars but it was Dr. Butterfield and Bea that actually produced results. I cannot thank them and their entire team enough.

My experience with Dr. Butterfield was amazing! She was patient, thorough, detailed and informative. I new exactly what was going on and at ease every step of the way. NO! Not unless you want to come out looking worse than you did when you went in. Dr. Butterfield made unforgivable (irreversible) mistakes. And, the best part, it will be your fault for having unrealistic expectations. I can understand and accept that things won't match perfectly, but she took off one side completely! The only hope of ever "matching" now would be to amputate the other side. I want to scream or cry every time I get dressed.

She is warm, friendly, authentic and smart. Her way of being is calm, grounded and certain. Her expertise is obvious, but even more important was the way she treated me. I was very taken with her patience and attention to my specific concerns, and I appreciated the conversation at many levels, including the emotional aspects of such a transformation. One last note is that both the offices in Willits and in the Valley View Hospital were comfortable and… especially easy to navigate. Three weeks into my recovery, I would recommend Dr. Butterfield to anyone who is considering a breast reduction or has physical challenges that might require a plastic surgeon with her skill set.
