Summary
I believe in a comprehensive approach to managing mental health conditions. I am personally very comfortable managing patients using both psychotherapeutic and psychopharmacologic models. In appropriate cases, I work with psychologists and social workers. I believe in keeping referring physicians ?in the loop' regarding the care of their patients. I also frequently actively involve parents and other family members in treatment. This is particularly true in the care of patients with eating disorders who typically require a multidisciplinary team approach.
