Doctor Janus is very knowledgeable and is a huge help to me with my special needs son. Always , always explains everything in details.No matter when I call her she always fits in him , and makes us feel very important. Always calls and follows up! Couldn't ask for a better doctor! We absolutely love her!

On more than one occasion, this doctor was rude, patronizing, and snide. Made errors in removing medication and less important matters. Does not give credence to patient thoughts, opinions, feelings, or knowledge. Probably ok for colds and sprains, though.

Always a great visit for myself and my 3 girls never had a bad experience

was my doctor for 2 years, during which time, she violated my Hippaa privacy on 3 separate occasions. Overtime, I came to realize as I got to know her that she clearly takes the "people are inherently dishonest approach" this poor patient approach was what facilitated her violating of my Hippaa privacy rights, she was so focused on proving I was being dishonest she didn't take the time to make sure she had authorization to communicate with other providers. Each time she did this approach, she found out that I was in fact honest with her at all the times. Also, she shows signs of bi-polar personality, on more then 3 occasions, she contradicted a previous opinion or decision she had made, when such behavior was pointed out to her, she attempted to justify the contradiction by, either implying that I didn't understand her, or on one occasion she tried to bury the concern I showed with big words and a 10 minute diatribe, that was grounded in the context of talking about herself, her… accomplishments. If you choose to use her services, Pay close attention when you talk to her, and see if she makes and keep eye contact with you for more then 5 seconds, or responds specifically to whatever you just communicated to her. Good luck... she isn't giving you her full attention, she is bright enough to multi-task, focusing on what your saying while she processes her required information and responsibilities to make your appointment over as fast as she can. You'll see.... She actually offered me a medication for a particular medical issue, that even I knew was a serious medicine conflict with another medicine she had been prescribing me for over a year, that is well know to cause seizures. When it was pointed out to her, she lacked the professional integrity to acknowledge the obvious risk that is written on the side of the medicine bottle, by inferring that the risk was so low that it wasn't a valid concern. I was lucky enough to have a doctor in my family, whom I asked about the issue, their response was "you need to find another primary care physician fast~!. needless to say, she lost me an d my 2 children as patience that day.. you have been warned~!

Horrible doctor! Had no compassion for me and even had the audacity to tell me that I brought all my problems on myself and even accused me of taking advantage of her! Will NEVER go waste my time or money on going to see her again!
