One of the worst providers I have ever seen. She dismissed all my concerns about my child. My child had an in home therapist from penfield every week for 6 months who said the behaviors were urgent and needed to be evaluated. Not only did she dismiss what was said by the provider, but also gave me the list of two other providers that might be up “to my expectations,” as if it was a me issue. It is a special kind of evil to gaslight parents who are trying to find help for their children. She seems to believe that they way they behave for 2 hours in her office with 1:1 attention in a 8x8 room is the end all be all and accurately represented behaviors at home and at school. I was also told by an outpatient therapist that 2-3 of his scores were low and he should have a re eval and she was telling me no.
