Dr. Jennifer Lynn Long, MD

I recently had surgery performed by Dr Long. I found her very professional, informative, and willing to take time with me as a patient.

I was taken on time. Dr. long was clear and concise during our appointment. She was pleasant and caring with a sense of humor. I felt heard and cared for. All my concerns were addressed. I feel well treated by a competent doctor. I did not feel rushed which is often a problem with some doctors.

Jennifer is a lazy and inconsiderate doctor. I went to her for a simultaneous ear and throat issue. Because she determined that it wasn't an everyday case of strep she pretty much kept shrugging her shoulders essentially telling me your guess is as good as mine in response to my questions while no doubt billing my insurance. I would expect a doctor to at least do some research or make some effort to do a diagnosis.

Be careful about this doctor. They do things that are not covered by insurance. Dr. Long is very cold and her methods are outdated. They are difficult to work with. This doctor prescribed procedures that are not recommended for my condition. Be careful with this doctor.

This Doctor was lacking in bedside manner. She ran tests that were not necessary. Was not a good listener.Missed a key that the next doctor caught right away. She really liked charging my insurance A LOT. Office staff nice.
