Dr. Lucas is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and knows what she is doing. She made me feel at ease too when I was a bit nervous for my procedure. Love her! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I left the previous review and do not understand how even one star was given. I would have given negative stars for the thievery and lying of knowingly unnecessary procedure that had to be paid out of pocket. My research, which includes people I know who are employed by the Cleveland clinic, revealed it is money, money, and money. Any complaint action kicks in their State of Ohio accredited police Department ( a police department, not a company security lackey, not for a legal political subdivision, municipality, etc ) But, for a profit making business. This lackey department then reviews your private ( HIPPA LAW violation ) medical records and then contacts the real police where you live to send real police to your home to "check on your welfare" which in reality is to embarrass you in front of your neighbors. Do not see emt lucas. Find a real Dr.

she is a liar. her purpose is to make money for herself and the Cleveland clinic. if you make a compliant, the police will be at your house.
