Dr. Jennifer Mcmonigle, DO

Absolute horrid experience with this office. Jennifer McMonigle is a thief, and will bill your insurance for just about every thing she can, even if it has no relation to your visit. Refused all her “recommended" tests, and found when she drew my blood she went ahead and did all of the testing regardless, billing my insurance for over $5,000. Tried getting in touch multiple times to discuss this, and every attempt wound up worthless, and not one response from her personally. This woman is a scam artist. If Ms. McMonigle does wind up seeing this, know l'II be filing a medical malpractice complaint against you specifically with the NYS Dept of Health, along with a few others that shared my experience. Do yourself a favor, don't come here. All the "Doctor" cares about is lining her pockets to pay for her next plastic surgery op. UPDATE: Not even 15 mins after I posted this I was called up from the office and threatened to be sued on a case of "defamation of character" while they… screamed at me and called me a loser. This lady and office are out of their minds, and should be avoided at all costs. This practice should be shut down.

Second visit today Doctor sent me a zoom link then transferred to phone visit after a hour wait for a virtual meeting. I am homebound, disabled and diagnosed with G03.9 Catastrophic Adhesive Arachnoiditis. I scheduled an appointment for treatment. She orders test that are not relevant to spinal canal inflammation. Ignores recent MRIs, blood work, ekg's, and past medical history and tries to have me perform test that find common causes of my symptoms at the cost of psychological and physical harm both temporary and permanent nerve damage. I ask the doctor how these tests would help with my condition and she refuse to explain stating that I have to come in despite not being able to travel safely. Refuse to discuss my condition with me. Refuse to discuss treatment options. Dismissive towards my pain and symptoms. She just would not listen. Uncompassionate and inhumane attitude, left me in despair. Delayed treatment with compassionate doctor who would treat me as a human being and listen.

Dr McMonigle and her staff are by far the best doctors office I’ve ever experienced. Compassionate, kind and caring along with being so professionally managed. They “GET” how tough it might be for a patient to walk through there doors with whatever ailments they bring and become part of your team. I feel safe there !! I know there looking out for me !

Love Dr. McMonigle she is super smart, and very nice. Office staff is great, she is so detailed and was able to pinpoint exactly what my health issue was. Thank you!

Office staff told me they'd call me on facetime each night of my three day take home test. No one ever facetimed or even called- no explanation as to why or an apology. They constantly call you and ask to move your appointment to a earlier time, then when you arrive you wait on average 50 mins but today was actually over an hour.

Dr McMonigle has been my neurologist for many years. I have found her to be extremely caring and dedicated. I don’t do these reviews much but feel like she deserves my praise. She has been a godsend.

Saw Dr Mcmonigle recently and was beyond impressed. Extremely thorough. My previous doctor blew off my concerns however Dr Mcmonigle took all my complaints seriously. She discovered a brain aneurysm that I never knew I had. I am extremely happy to have found her.

I have been a patient of Dr McMonigle and so are several of my friends. We all say the same thing. Dr McMonigle will treat you like family. She really goes above and beyond. I was recently very ill and she arranged various appointments for me getting me in an an expedient manner. I would have had to wait months if not for her. She is extremely thorough and leaves no leaf unturned. I truly can not say enough good things about her.
