When she lost her temper at me I asked for a new PCP in the same practice. I was not allowed despite others were allowed to change their PCP. She messed up with sepsis and my life will never be the same because of her. She is unable to work with people that disagree with her. Do not even try. She is impatient and a low tolerance for others challenges

Dr Morgan has a great bedside manner. I’ve gone to her since 2000. Over the years, the changes at Emory has led to inefficient and ineffective care. It is impossible to build a rapport and relationship with your doctor because of all of the layers. The patient portal is useless. The doctor doesn’t answer emails, someone on a support team does. It’s impersonal and the staff has no passion for your wellbeing.

Dr. Morgan is excellent and I worked in the medical field 40 years and she is tops. However, the RNs have made several mistakes on my medications and the Lab. staff are below average on drawing blood. I have had to request another tech several times after being stuck over 6 times without results.
