Worst OBGYN ever, no bedside matter. Does not know how to individuals care

Dr. Payne is amazing, she direct and honest. Her priority was my child and my health. You can't find a better doctor.

Was more worried about me being overweight than anything. Charged me for her and another doctor for my surgery when I only agreed to her doing my surgery if I knew she needed assistance and I would have to pay I would have gone elsewhere then she cut my ureter and I had to have a stint put in to urinate I had to pay for that also. I would give her a zero if I could her bed side manner sucks she dont let you finish talking cuts you off worst doctor ever.

When I had my first visit with her she interrupted me when I was talking, she was rude and a smart aleck. I’m not going to be treated in this manner. There are plenty of other doctors who are kind and considerate.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Answers all questions thoroughly. Recently had major surgery and very pleased with the outcome.

I loved my old OB, so I wasn't expecting much when we first moved here and I needed a doctor. I booked a regular check-up appointment a few weeks away, but during the wait we found out we were be pregnant with our first child. That made me even *more nervous/uncomfortable going in to my first appointment. Dr. Payne did not disappoint. Now, I recommend her to friends and can't imagine having someone else deliver our little nugget. I never feel rushed in the office. Dr. Payne is easy to talk to so I feel more comfortable discussing my "ickier" questions and issues. She explains things in a way that helps me understand and doesn't talk over your head like some other Drs do. Her nurse is just as awesome, super sweet. I like the fact that I can book appointments online, too, and check all of my test results whenever I want on my computer.

Very impatient and says she's going to do something but doesn't. Didn't feel welcomed at all and I will not be returning.

Dr. Payne was so personable, informative and efficient. Her smile was so warm and she made me feel like the only patient she saw that day. I felt like I knew her already! I enthusiastically recommend her; she's MY doctor now!

Dr Payne has always been very caring & professional with her patients. She is family oriented and loves what she does. She delivered my daughter and visited me every day in recovery to check on us. She was the best obgyn I have ever had, she is greatly appreciated.
