Dr. Jennifer Lee Swails, MD

Dr. Swails is the most personable doctor I have ever seen. She genuinely cares for her patients.

When I first started going to Dr. Swails years ago, I found her easy to talk to, thorough, and professional. Over the last year, she has not be as thorough or attentive and even made a comment once that implied that I had more issues than most people. I didn't think that was very sensitive. I also experienced an incident where her office miscommunication with another office leaving me to wonder if I had a serious health issue or not, and was unable to get information about it from her office, leaving me wondering about it. The only information came through the online portal. My care with her has become increasingly impersonal and less thorough as she seems to have become too busy.

Hands down the best, most thorough and competent physician I’ve seen. Dr. Swails has a wide array of knowledge in so many aspects of medicine.. she has been able to guide me from a respiratory infection to physically taking me downstairs to the emergency room for a spinal issue. I simply cannot speak highly enough of her. I have definitely found my life long internal medicine doctor.

Excellent PCP. She is smart and thorough. Very good bedside manner. Does not make light of anything patient says.
