Terrible doctor , never visit her. She is like a 007.

Dr. Walden Fain is the most caring, dedicated, and knowledgeable doctor you could ever want. I genuinely feel she has saved and prolonged my life.

Dr. W-F is genuine and genuinely cares about her patients. She is extremely knowledgeable and always willing to think outside the box to make your life work better and healthier for you in a way that works for you. If you need her she is there for you.

Impossible to ask more out of a Doctor. Has been an incredible experience. Her sincere concern is hard to find today. Joining her practice is the best medical choice I have ever made..

Overall, I'm a healthy person. But, when I have needed care she has responded immediately. On Christmas Eve, she called in a prescription for pink eye. When I thought I had the shingles, she saw me within the hour and prescribed an antiviral medication. When I fell and cut my forehead she met me in off hours at her office to check it out to see if I needed sutures. When I was having a gallbladder attack, she called around to multiple emergency rooms to see where I could be seen the quickest. She recommended treatment for vertigo by a therapist and I was seen that afternoon. These different events have happened over the 3 years she has been my Dr. It's so great to have a Dr. that knows me, spends time with me, and treats me as soon as possible.

Dr. Walden-Fain has been my father's doctor since she began praciticing in Louisville, before she had her own practice. He is now 75 years old and she has always treated him with the respect he deserves. Her accesment of whatever problem he was has been accurate and her treatment has been the least invasive. Her bedside manor is nothing short of what you would want for your parent! Over the many years, he has needed other doctors for various problems. Her referrals have also provided the same quality of care she provides. She is a wonderful doctor, has an experienced and courteous staff and despite the long drive, he would never consider another doctor for internal medicine. I am thankful he has such a caring, knowledgeable and professional doctor as Dr. Walden-Fain!

Horrible experiences again and again. Rude assistant. One follow up call vm left inaccurate info of test findings. Excessive wait times every visit. Quick to write scripts even before explaining symptoms. Will be changing doctors ASAP.
