Dr. Jenny Helen Muller, MD

I went to Dr. Mueller and got immediate relief. I’m grateful for her empathetic listening and good care.

Dr Muller has ZERO compassion or empathy for anyone. She told me my appointment was at 9:30am. When I turned up at 9:25am, she then told me that she had my appointment down for 9:15 and that is was MY fault and I had to pay for the appointment. I have NEVER been late to a single appointment and am in fact always early. SHE makes ME wait usually!!! I have never in my life had to deal with someone so cold and unapologetically mean and unkind like her. Do not go and see her! I read the reviews and didn’t believe them and regret it majorly!!!!

I’m very surprised by the negative comments ! Dr muller has make me happy again with the right meds.she is a very smart lady with years of experience.She is there to analyze and prescribe medicine . If people need to talk out their problems they need to seek therapy that is not her expertise.I am grateful to have her.

She has no mercy, if you are late for any reason traffic or anything and even for 2 minutes she wil charge you $150. She has such a bad attitude, never smile and so mean, she is horrible for her specialty. It seems like someone forced her to become a doctor. Instead of feeling better each time that I would see her, I felt even worst. Not recomading her at all.

I have found a new doctor since my last visit to Dr Muller. She is so unkind I have no idea why she chose this profession in the first place. I would give her zero stars if I could. Please go to another doctor with compassion and care for her patients.

Do not trust your health and your life to this doctor. She will not act in the best interests for your health and will violate your confidentiality.

I didn't read the reviews about Dr. Muller until the night before my visit, I found Dr. Muller, thorough with my diagnosis, I didn't answer the follows up after the visit, because it does not apply to me, I feel as if I can call her if needed. I did not go to there expecting her to hold my hand, but I'm pleased with her, give her a chance, and she does care, in my opinion.

This woman has a presence that could cause the most well adjusted to be depressed! She is all about the mighty dollar. Get em in, get em out (without anyone committing suicide so as not to bring about malpractice concerns) should be her motto. Seriously though...find a doctor who truly gives a crap, I wished I did.

Dr. Muller represents the decay of our healthcare system. Awful bedside manner. She needs to go back to the classes she missed on how to treat patients. Dr. Muller does not run her practice like she is there to assist you. She runs her practice like she is doing you a favor. In the helping profession, she is the worst i have seen.

When coming in to meet here she is cold. After a few months worth of visits, she would repeatedly forget what she prescribed to me and why and would ask me?! Her staff is rude and when a billing issue occurred by no fault of mine, they actually made me do all the leg work and calls and than requested I pay for the visit because they could bill it correctly. Please avoid her, she has not helped at all and doesn't even remeber why you are there!
