Dr. Jeremy David Lough, MD

As an owner of a healthcare facility, I try to understand that providers are people, too, and have their own personality and style of care. Dr. Lough tends more towards the condescending and unhelpful, which is hard to stomach when you are worried about your health and looking for assistance. Bizarre personal jabs, suggesting that I don't remember my own health history, suggesting that I was trying to secure an imaging referral by writing my history in such a way that would warrant a CT scan, and recommendations that 'may or may not make a difference' was the best care that he could provide to me. I would not trust the care of our patients to this physician.

This was the most condescending, unsympathetic doctor I have ever seen! I have had throat pain for months before getting referred to Jeremy Lough. After examining my mouth, he quickly pulled out his cell phone and google imaged "Geographic Tounge" and eagerly showed me the images, explaining I had this issue. Okay....Fine but my throat still hurts, so can you diagnose that? NOPE! He wouldn't get over my "geographic" tounge and wouldn't address my throat and then said, "You would've thought I went to school for this stuff!" When I again tried to explain my sympoms of a painful throat, he simply referenced a knee injur he suffered in college, and said it's probalby just aggravated! I left that doctor promising I would never see him again and I already have another appointment scheduled with hopefully a real "doctor" who can help.

I have never rated a doctor and added comments online. I felt he is a terrible doctor others need to know. My appointment was 1:30 PM, I waited till 2:10 PM. He will not tell you anything until you ask him. If you ask him twice for a question, he start to use sign language and speak very slow. We have eye to eye staring with each other about two minutes. He did not say a word. I decided it was not worth to have a fight with a doctor. He recommended me using antibiotics without any diagnosis. After I told him I had a terrible experience using antibiotics without a good reason, he said up to you to use or not. No one is happy there including this doctor and front desks.

Dr Lough does not seem to care much about how his practice is run or how his patients are. His staff is rude and condescending. The dr himself is a pill pusher. He has no problem writing out rxs for very strong antibiotics with many severe side effects instead of getting to the root of the problem. I found another ent who will actually culture the infection to see why it isn’t clearing up (despite the surgery I underwent with dr Lough).

Saw Dr Lough for a tumor .. quite impressed with his directness as I love that...he was very informative and though . Showed me my cat and explained in detail what needed to be preformed . We're happy with him

I am retired from healthcare and found Dr Lough direct , through and very informative. My husband had a tumor and they worked us into his schedule for the next day..the staff is wonderful and compassionate . I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Jeremy Lough requested I spend time and money on a MRI test. After multiple request he has failed to provide me with the MRI test results. My understanding is that a MD has a duty to communicate test results to his patients in a timely manner whether, good, bad or indifferent.

I thought Dr. Lough was awesome! I had serious sinus infections for many months prior to my appointment! I was sick ALL the time!I I was scared of getting sinus surgery so I was avoiding the doctor! Dr. Lough is really nice and made my experience great! I had a huge polyp removed and now im breathing great and my surgery went well also! I thought he did a great job and im glad I just finally feel better! Well worth it!

Amazing doctor!

Absolute worst experience of my life! Said I might not even have Ménière's disease. When I've had multiple surgeries from one of the top ENTs in the country for this issue. Spoke down to my wife and I like we didn't know what we were talking about.
