I called this doctor on a Saturday morning, as he was covering for my regular eye doctor. When I did not hear from him in over an hour, I called the answering service back. He then called back promptly. He was dismissive of my concerns, and told me to call my regular doctor on Monday. I would never recommend him. He cannot see what is happening in my eye over the phone.

We started coming here when Glenn Meltzer was in practice. I can honestly say, I despise bringing my grandmother to her appointments now. Multiple people will get the same appointment time and show up at the same time, some people have testing some just get their dilated, our quick appointments are at least 60-90 mins, we never leave this office under 50 min. Their process in seeing patients is horrible!! The worst part every time my grandmother needs to have a test done, they can't read what they need to read so then we have to get he eyes dilated and do the test over again!! It is the most frustrating dr appointment every time!

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had to wait around for hours and hours on end. Its so bad that the state should investigate. Never seen so many people with the same appointment time as mine. Does not seem to care about the quality of service for each person as he is much to busy trying to rake in as many people as possible. I had appointment times range from a minimum of 1 hour to a max of 8 hours. Yes, 8 hours

This office is by far the worst medical professional office I have ever encountered. Extremely rude staff, the Dr. is very condescending, did not diagnose correctly, and was very difficult to work with. The wait time was over an hour every time. I would never recommend to anyone.
