Dr. Jeromica Ward, OD

This place isn't about customers, it's about money. My experience: I went to Dr. Jeromica Ward earlier this year for a full eye exam and to order a 6-month supply of contact lenses through her location. She had recently started at the location and we are both from the South, so I felt an immediate connection and wanted to be loyal to her as long as she did a good job, which she did. I use virtual reality glasses for gaming and work, and I needed my interocular distance (the distance between my eyes) measured for a pair of VR glasses I'm ordering. I made an appointment for that and also to buy some new contact lenses (I also need them for reading). Dr. Ward and her staff treated me rudely and refused to see me "unless I was buying glasses from them." Of course they don't even sell VR glasses...and they wouldn't even listen to what I was talking about, nor would they listen to the fact I wanted to buy contacts from them. The person on the phone claimed there was a "liability issue"… (liability for VR glasses? come on), but the real reason is plain greed. Stay away from this place and stay away from Dr. Ward. If this is how they treat their customers who are wanting to patronize them and spend money there...they don't listen, they don't care.
