The doctor will s satisfactory. The lady sitting at the front desk is horrible very rude! Is she related to the doctor? She is the rudest office person I have come across in my 71 years!

Had an appointment 1 pm today. Had to call from the car when I arrived. No one was there before 1 pm. Called at 1:01 and was summoned to the office. Asked if I could give a urine sample and did. Then was told to wait outside as there was only one nurse there and she would call shortly. I was going to leave from the car but received a call at 2 pm to come in and fill out my history because it has been a year. Asked when was I going to see the doctor as it has been an hour. She said I could sit in Room 2. I went back to the office with my blood starting to percolate. There were 2 nurses now in the office and I opened my mouth first. It will be another hour before I see the doctor, good bye. It was a long time ago that my wait was under an hour. Looking for a new Urologist in the area that is partnered with Aetna.

Going to a urologist is scary for many people -- including me. Dr. Singer was professional, caring and is a wonderful doctor. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

Dr. Singer was nice, but the girl sitting at the front desk is rude! She is constantly on her cell phone and acts like she's doing you a favor by doing the job she is paid to do.

Has got to be worst Dr's office I have ever went to.From the front desk to the Doctor himself.Never saw the Doctor got tired of being told I was next after waiting 1 1/2 only to see other people going in before me.Got a lot more to say but would need 6 pages at least to tell the whole story.

Diagnosed and referred me to cancer specialist for treatment and am 12 years cancer ( none Found )

Sensitive subject matter, he is a great example of caring for his patients and listening!

The nurse does not know how to get a blood sample without bruising the patient's arm where the needle goes in.

Prescribes medicines that require pre-authorization, then charges $50 for each prescription to complete pre-authorization forms for pharmacy. I found another doctor who does not charge for doing this. This doctor is not recommended.

Office staff is inaccessible, and the only way you can get a medications refill or any questions answered at all is to make an appointment. Even that requires a physical visit to the office. When you try to dial 0 to avoid voice mail, a strong message indicates not to do that, and that you have to choose one of the following options. Dr. Singer is kind enough.
