Dr. Jerry Sokol, MD

My husband had been a patient of Dr. Sokol for many years. It seems that in the past year or so Dr. Sokol has lost interest in his patients. The office has so many rules and regulations that it’s hard to make an appt. I definitely would not recommend going to this office.

Dr. Sokol is excellent and his staff is very friendly. His office is very clean and comfortable.

Very kind and knowledgable. Soft spoken and patient. A real gem in deer park. Has been in practice in deer park for many many years.

This is the 2nd time that I asked for an appointment where I would not have to wait to see the doctor and both times had to wait over 30 minutes. I asked for the 1st appointment of the day or the 1st appointment after their lunch break. I had to wait 2 weeks for 1 of these appointments which was ok because I didnt want to wait. I arrived at 7:55 for my 8am appointment only to sit with 3 other patients who also had an 8am appointment. At 8:30 not 1 of us had seen a doctor!!! Why do doctors think its ok for patients to have to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. On my 1st visit I waited almost 90 minutes. This time I walked out and will not reschedule. Would they accept this from their patients??? I only ask for the same amount of respect that they "require" from us!!!

Dr. Sokol is a great doctor and an awesome human being. He was instrumental in saving my life recently.
