Dr. Bilotta is professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She is an expert in her field. She was able to properly diagnose what 3 other doctors missed. She’s the best! I highly recommend her!

10 out of 10 for sure! I have had several orthopedic doctors and multiple surgeries all at a very young age. Dr. Bilotta did a rotator cuff/ bicep surgery on my right arm and will need to do the left one in time. She has been kind, professional and compassionate through the entire process. I trust and highly recommend her!!

Easy to make appointment. Scheduled for 2/16 @ 2:00. Online portal was difficult to navigate to complete new patient paperwork as it continued to crash. Arrived at 12:45 in order to complete manually. Front desk took my insurance cards & driver’s license to scan. I offered my medication list and asked for her to make a copy, she gave me a clipboard with my cards and driver’s license with instructions to complete the top 2 pages, and said bring the medication list back when I completed the paperwork. The rest of the staff were great! Dr. Bilotta was terrific! Very professional, listened to my issues/concerns, she presented non surgical solutions/plan of care as I am the primary caregiver of my husband and I am at risk of falls with multiple health issues. Received cortisone shot, orders for PT and will return in 7 weeks if needed. Would definitely recommend her!

Dr Bilotta was pleasant, listened and observed, and I felt confident in her diagnosis and plan for recovery. The nurse assistant was also quite pleasant and professional. My only complaint would be the front desk. I was handed a clipboard with several pages which I completed. Upon returning those to the front desk, I was curtly told that she had only wanted me to complete the top two pages. Seems I should’ve not received all of them in order to prevent confusion.

Dr. Bilotta has performed a couple of surgeries for me and my wife. We have been nothing but happy with her. Dr. Bilotta is fast and efficient during visits, but she also will slow down and listen to your concerns. She is definitely our go to Doc in this practice.

Dr Bilotta was very attentive knowledgeable and took into account not only my knee issues but also other family issues before prescribing a treatment plan. I greatly appreciate the way she listened and took into consideration all I had going on.
