Jessica Lee

Jessica Lee is a Supervisee in Social Work with more than 2 years ofexperience working with children, adults, andfamilieswho are seeking help in coping with depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, and life transitions. Jessica earned her Master's degree in Social Work from George Mason University. Her approach is collaborative and interactive, with a trauma-informed and person-centered approach. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and appliesa multi-modality approach, drawing upon psychodynamic, reality therapy, and solutions-focused therapy techniques. Opening yourself up to the unknown can feel very vulnerable and scary—but Jessica knows that therapy can be a great place tofind more adaptive ways of living and enjoying life. She committed to creating a therapeutic environment for my clients, and customizes her sessions to meet the needs of every unique individual.
