Dr. Jessica Rose Ybanez-Morano, MD

Very condescending to her patients. I went in for a routine pap. She ordered an internal ultrasound because she thought she felt a fibroid. In my 50 years I have never had a fibroid and I did not complain to her about pain or problems because I had none. She still ordered the test. When the test showed nothing, she said I should go on hormones even though I really am lucky and don't have many menopause symptoms. Once again I had not complained to her. When I said I was not interested in hormones, she preceded to insult my intelligence, my religion, and told me I needed to read Suzanne Somers book on hormones. I had gone to that doctors office for 25 years, but switched the next week.

I had my beautiful daughter 9 years ago. And still to this day, I cannot get the comments this woman made out of my head. What should have been a joyous occasion was ruined by every condescending g remark at every appt. I was a high risk pregnancy. And she made it known that it was my fault. To the point that when my daughter was born, she looked at me and stated that when my daughter turned into a child with with “issues” my husband and I could only blame ourselves. I had gestational diabetes. THAT is what made me high risk!!! And yes, THAT is why she said my daughter would have “issues” and it would be my fault. Please...for the love of God...DO NOT go to this woman!!!!

I had her with my daughter 14 years ago and she had poor bedside manner then. This time is even worse. I just found out I am diabetic and she berates me each appointment because I didn't know prior to my pregnancy. I've been told that its my fault and there are no excuses for anything that she has ordered and I haven't done. Examples: getting my test strips approved is my fault because her staff wouldn't call my insurance. Example number two: getting an appointment with the endocrinologist is my fault because the appointment has to be made via her staff (Oh but one doctor had an open slot but I didn't rearrange my schedule because I was on a ship between Florida and Mexico). My child is growing in a candy store of maple syrup. Anyone who knows me knows I'm not an easily irritated person and I do whatever needs to be done for the health of my child. I can't handle the stress, comments and tone she has towards me.

Messed up my appointment time recently then when I showed up at the time I was told, they said my appointment was an hour earlier and that they were closing & couldn’t take me.

I was embarrassed and felt degraded by her condescending attitude. Would not take a dog to her.

Dr. Morano was wonderful! She found right away that I had an internal female problem and sent me for tests. It turned out that I had a huge ovarian cyst that required surgery. Ironic thing is, I can't say anything about the main doctor at this facility...I was always referred to one of her "associates" (who were not actually M.D.'s, of course.) But the worst thing is the staff! Extremely rude and unprofessional. The place is impossible to reach by phone. Receptionist will always put you on hold forever until the system will eventually disconnect you. My office visit today was the last straw. The receptionist's doors were shut and had signs that read "Please DO NOT knock on the window if closed...If closed, we are assisting other patients. PLEASE BE PATIENT." So I took a seat, waited a half an hour, went to the window and stood there until she FINALLY opened it, only to tell me I had missed my appointment time a half an hour ago!! Walked out of there and will NEVER return! Ridiculous!!!

Didn't meet Dr morano until 32 weeks of pregnancy. First time my husband met her she was very rude & inappropriate. Was induced 4 days after due date. Dr morano was very condescending during labor, kept hinting that she wanted to do a c section. I was able to start pushing around 5:30 pm and she told the nurse she wanted to be done by shift change which was at 7. I pushed with the nurse for awhile (Dr morano was at the nurses station on Facebook). When she finally came in she told me I had made more progress than she expected but she had the operating room ready for a c section. She turned off my epidural while trying to push out the baby. The pain was so immediately intense that I could not push any longer. My baby was born aat 7:52pm via c section. I had to be put to sleep because they couldn't get the epidural to work again. My husband missed the birth if our baby due to this & I didn't see hetr until 10:30 that night. If I have anymore children I definitely will not go to Dr morano… and probably not ever wheeling hospital because they have had other complaints about her and refuse to do anything about it. I feel like she robbed me of what is supposed to be a wonderful experience.

Great surgeon, NP and PA are great. Staff is helpful and caring.

Dr. Morano's surgical skill was outstanding. I barely knew I had undergone a surgical procedure. I felt better sooner and needed little pain relief after surgery. She is very nice, calming and seems genuinely concerned.
