I’ve had 2 appointments and been prescribed different meds both times not because the previous meds didn’t work but because he never submitted the paperwork to insurance. I called every week for 5 weeks to get it sent through then at my second appointment told him I still didn’t have the medications. He gave me different meds and say it may just take time to get them through 5 months later I still don’t have any meds. It takes a total of 2 days to submit the paperwork and get it approved by insurance. That’s how long my previous prescription have taken even with the medication that were extremely difficult such as Emgality shots.

I have been going to Dr. Liu office for 12 years for migraines, fibro and other issues. He is a wonderful doctor. He has excellent patient relationship. He doesn't just put a *bandaide* on the problem. His nurse Pat is the best!!!! I highly recommend him!

I was very happy with Dr Liu and his staff. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door. Filling out the paper work took longer than it did to be seen once they were completed. Dottie is friendly and takes all your info without making you feel like she is rushing to get it done. I have been having headaches for 20+ years and Dr Liu suggested another plan of action to try and stop them from being as frequent as they have been. I was extremely happy with my visit with Dr Liu and his staff.

Dr Liu is one neurologist who I can rely on with my health without question. His diagnosis was thorough and accurate. All of my questions were answered, and he took time to explain my symptoms. A very comforting and professional experience. Please keep up the terrific work Dr. Liu and staff.

Dr Liu took excellent care of my daughter and followed up on all her needs. He's intelligent, straight forward yet compassionate. I will always be grateful to him and I do highly recommend him to others. I'm an RN and he is exceptionally knowledgable.
