DR LIU IS THE BEST DOCTOR I EVER HAD. SHE LISTEN TO YOUR NEEDS, AND SHE SHOWS SHE CARES.THE NURSES IS EXCELLENT. THEY ARE SO NICE AND KIND. DR LIU AND HER ENTIRE STAFF IS THE BEST!!!!!

Worst Doctor, liar doctor, in St Louis!!!

Dr Liu is the doctor at Lansdowne Village in St Louis do not send anyone you care for there Dr Lou fits perfect in that s******* name Lansdowne Village

Doctor Lui takes care of some of the residents at Delmar Gardens West. She was the doctor that took over the care for my Mother, or was supposed to. I don't see where any care was given. I never saw her nor could I ever meet or talk to her.In fact she went out of the country to China for 2 weeks and left my Mother with no care at all. Apparently she has no one to back her up when she is out of town or country. Before my Mothers death she had a urinary tract infection while I was out of town for the weekend. She was supposed to have her urine checked on the Friday before I left .When I returned on Sunday an antisicotic drug was given instead for the behavior from the urinary tract infection. She had to go right to the hospital from complications. She is no longer with us because everything went in a bad direction.

I WOULD NOT TAKE MY ENEMY TO SEE HER! $480 for what Blood pressure?!!

So I called to see how much they charge for their exam and the lady in the phone said $480 cash only... to me that sounds like fraud... shame. I feel bad for the immigrants who go here because they don’t know better! Please do your research before you go to get this exam! Sorry not sorry but not stupid just because I’m an immigrant!

I find Dr Liu Capable, thorough, and kind.

My husband recently had an appointment to obtain his green card. The receptionist told him "they only accept CASH from immigrants" After asking her why she said because in the past other clients obtain the services and don't pay!!!! I called and asked for a documented policy or procedure and the administrative assistant confirmed she said that to my husband and stated they didn't have that policy written down!!! I asked for them to draft one and send it to my email. That has yet to happen. These people not only over charge and "ONLY ACCEPT CASH FROM IMMIGRANTS" but they don't even document policy and procedures.... I assume because some of their practices are inappropriate!!!

Never return the phone, very hard to contact, waiting time too long, and yeling and Blame paition.

I had to reschedule my appointment, so the nurse on the phone rescheduled it for me and created a new appointment. I took off work for the appointment and I received a confirmation of my appointment a couple days before. Then I go to the office and they tell me that because I cancelled I was “dismissed” and I can’t make an appointment with this doctor ever again and my appointment was cancelled. Nobody ever told me this until I came to check in, they i I CONFIRMED THAT I HAD THE APPOINTMENT STILL JUST DAYS BEFORE. More importantly I didn’t get seen by a doctor and I needed to. These people don’t care about patients. It’s all numbers. Never come here.
