Jill Marie Mazza, MD

I saw Dr. Jill Marie Mazza last year for a nasal drip problem. When she examine me she needed her reading eye glasses but didn't have them with her and gave me a prescription for a nasal nebulizer that wasn't covered by my insurance. I did it for a month and it didn't help at all, it cause nose bleeds! I called Dr. Jill Marie Mazza's office to tell them it wasn't helping and her very rude receptionist stated I have to be reevaluating! I did not go back! I found a much better ENT in the same building that fixed my problem on the first visit!

Great Doctor , Has helped me with a chronic ear infection. Highly recommend!

Dr Mazza is an excellent doctor and surgeon. She is highly skilled, extremely intelligent and clearly loves what she is doing. She is helping me so much with my chronic sinusitis, something I have suffered with for many years. She is helping me to breathe again and I really appreciate that!

Dr. Mazza was rude, aggressive, and dismissive. She talked AT me, not to me, and had no interest in listening. I have a history of severe sinus inflammation. My sinuses were congested and burning, and she could see by looking in my nose that I had rhinitis. I had all the familiar pain and pressure in my sinus cavities, yet she suggested I might just have some kind of headache, then went on to tell me about possible surgery for my sinuses. Worst ENT I've ever been to. Couldn't get out of there fast enough.

Most defensive and bullying doctor. She was cold and bored and did not ask me about my history or read my chart. She was about to spray anesthetic onto me even though my chart said I was allergic. She was angry that I wanted the procedures explained to me, and rolled her eyes when I said I was nervous. Worst doctor visit of my life!

Dr Mazza took time to work with me. She listened, took notes, asked questions and actually examined me (compared to another, unnamed md). Best of all she spoke to me and not at me.
