Dr. Jin Soh Urbano, MD

We have never been to such an unorganized office. My daughter went in today for a simple TB reading and what a cluster. The nurses' were very unprofessional and it seemed like no one knew what the other was doing. I have been in the healthcare field for over 20 years and have never been to an office like this before. I work for AdventHealth and I'm ashamed to say that this is an AdventHealth facility. We are much better than this. We will certainly not be back to this office. What a shame!

I've been going to Dr. Soh for many years now. She is a conscientious doctor who listens to you by giving you her undivided attention. I feel comfortable talking to her about any of my health problems, no matter how personal. She's given me great referrals when needed. I have really bonded with her and feel very lucky to have her for my doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Soh for 24 years now. She has always been responsive in my times of need. She really takes the time to listen and is quick to refer to specialists when it is needed. She has gone out of her way many times to help correct situations which may have arisen with insurance or the pharmacy. Although she is my doctor, I also consider her to be a friend. I highly recommend her if you are searching for a primary care doctor.

I was lucky to have Dr. Soh as my primary care Dr. For many years, until I moved away. She is very smart, and so easy to talk to. She doesn't prescribe meds unless it's necessary , which I prefer. And when you need meds, she is accurate and you never go without. As a pre diabetic, having my necessary medication was essential for me, and I never went without. She is warm and genuine, and truly does care about returning you to good health. I hope to one day find another Dr. Soh, but it maybe impossible. Lake Mary is lucky to have her there practicing. Meet her just once, and you'll feel like you are in the best care imaginable.

Dr. Soh sees all adults in our family. She's one of the few physicians who takes her time to speak to everyone, including children with patience and respect. After years of visits that passed off unusual symptoms as 'growing' pains, she foundthe answer to my son's rare vascular disorder and found a back up specialist.

I went for a wellnesss visit and dr Soh was not very responsive or efficient. She barely asked me any questions and barely checked me. She simply asked me to get a blood test done. Their office doesnot even have a lab so had to go n get the tests done from outside. After a month i got billed for illness !! called up their office but they are playing with words n complicatinbg the matter and not ready to admit that they billed me wrong. Will NEVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Dr. Soh has been my doctor for years. I have found her to be thorough, caring, and skilled.

I find Doctor Soh to be caring and very thourough. She does testing and will get on the phone with anyone that she feels failed you. I think shes great

It just seems like she doesn't know what's going on.If you have anything other than a cold she'll just send you to a specialist anyways. Save yourself an office visit.

I went to this office for help with an addiction. My friend goes to Dr Soh, and she made the appointment for me. The Nurse and Dr were terribly rude. Neither of them looked me in the eye, both were acting rushed, and annoyed to be there. After getting into my story the doc looked confused; her tone was that of an angry mom drilling her teen as to why she couldn't reach her on her cell the night before. She kept raising her eye brows, and looking away, holding her mouth open wide, while trying to search for her next ill picked question to figure out how I got myself in this mess- her main focus of her questions was how I got the pills to begin with. Not long into our more than uncomfortable meeting, I started crying, stood up and told her that I didnt appreciate the way she was talking to me, that I came to her for help, and it felt more like an interrogation. Not something I would expect from a DOCTOR. That I wanted to go to another doctor and that I'd like to leave. She left for a… millisecond, then poked her head back in the door and told me the office manger would refund my money at the check out counter. I found my own way to the check out and then left. I took 15 minutes in the bathroom outside their office trying to compose myself. Never in my life have I been so humiliated and disrespected as a person at a doctors office. She talked to me like I was a criminal- like a good for nothing waste of space. EXACTLY the reason I have been putting off getting help. Because of Dr SOH and her office staff, I will NEVER bring this up to another health care professional again. I would like to thank the MedPlex of Lake Mary for their top notch professionalism and compassion. You are officially the only medical office I will specifically tell people not to go to. Great job everyone!
