Dr. Jin Xiu Zhang, MD

Dr Zang is fantastic. She will leave no stone unturned to insure your health. I am grateful She us my Dr.

My biggest complaint is Dr. Zhang does not listen to your problems. She also is not prepared for your visit and thus rushes through your visit. I found she orders all kinds of tests and does not communicate the results. The bottom line is the communication between Dr and patient is poor. Since she does not listen her visits are a 15 minute lecture with her typing on the computer not paying attention. It is very frustrating and non productive.

Dr. Jin Zhang Is Shady and will talk to you one way with a smile and like a snake behind your back and won’t explain why highly beware!!!!!!!

This is in reference to the Newport News Port Warwick location. Staff is extremely rude they do not return calls, fill prescriptions or fill out important paperwork in a timely manner. Dr. Zhang does not have no good heart at all and the Executive Assistant Mrs. Miller is extremely rude where she needs to be fired!!!

Wanted to do several invasive tests. Poor follow up after one of three tests. I was not interested in pursuing additional testing.

Dr Z. Is/was nice. Her staff sentara pt warwick is rude no respect and does not return phone calls. Left vmls and no return awaiting results after 3mths. Finding a new Dr.

My visit with Dr. Zhang was wonderful! I had been suffering from Celiac disease symptoms for many years and seen many doctors and no one can tell me what it is. It was so frustrated and had been told that my symptoms were all IBS. But when I saw Dr. Zhang she was patient and quickly was able to make the diagnosis of Celiac in me. She was so easy to reach and contacted me back quickly with results and treatment plan. Since seeing her, I have never felt better and have been in wonderful health condition all thanks to Dr. Zhang. I highly recommend her. She is caring, patient and a wonder phyiscian.

She did tests that diagnosed cancer and REFUSED to tell me it was cancer. She left to some other Dr. to tell me.
