Jing Guo

This was easily the most disheartening experience I've had with a doctor in recent years. I went in for a concern with my contact lens being stuck in my eye. After a brief exam, she informed me that she could not find any thing in my eye and prescribed some eyedrops. I returned home with the same amount of discomfort. I decided to return later that same day to ask for her to take another look. After waiting in the lobby for 30 mins, I was informed that she simply did not have time to see me. I asked to speak to her personally to appeal to her regarding the discomfort I was still experiencing. When she finally came out to the lobby, she immediately shut down my comments saying that she had already looked and I needed to just use the eyedrops as prescribed. I asked if she could please take another 5 minutes to look one more time. Her response was a firm "No" and then she walked away abruptly. After booking an appointment with another eye doctor for the following day, the doctor did in… fact find the contact lenss in my eye and was able to assist me with removing it. Dr Guo has terrible manners and lacks the patience to listen and provide medical assistance. I would highly recommend looking for another medical professional with a bit more class and empathy
