Wait time was over 45 minutes for my appointment, do not schedule an appointment with her unless you are fine with waiting nearly an hour.

We had seen multiple doctors and Dr. Andrews provided kind and empathetic care to my dad. She is an advocate in the ALS community as well as taking care of patients. We truly appreciate all she does for our dad and family.

Very caring doctor who is easy to talk to and willing to listen at each and every visit. Takes time to answer questions.

My family member was given the diagnosis of ALS and we felt hopeless until we met Dr. Andrews. She has extensive experience in ALS and has been a very helpful guide through this difficult journey! She is extremely compassionate.

Dr. Andrews takes care of my husband and she is extremely thoughtful as she deals with extremely complicated diseases. She took the time to listen and most of all, pay attention to the details. I have muscular dystrophy and reecntly saw Dr. Andrews. She is very thoughtful, intelligent and up to date with current and experimental treatments for my condition. I read a recent negative review here but totally did not represent Dr. Andrews at all. Me and my family affected with this condition see her and have had only positive and wonderful interactions. Clearly that was an outlier!
