I never write reviews, but for this doctor it felt important. Not only is she highly unprofessional and rude, but she flat out lies. I went to her for an IUD implant. Which as stated on my insurance is covered 100%. I brought the documentation. I even called the company while in her office. I had to make an appointment, just to make this call with her. She said she always has the patient pay out of pocket then the insurance company reimburses the patient. She said she does this because insurance companies deny her claims all the time. I wonder why.. but I digress. I had to make 8 appointments total for this procedure. That's 50 dollars a pop out of pocket plus whatever she billed my insurance for. First appointment was for the check up and pap smear. We set up a follow up for my procedure. I show up and that's when she tells me I have to pay out of pocket up front and then she will order the IUD. That's right, she set up an appointment for me to have the procedure but didnt order the… IUD. Why was I there? No clue. Then we went through several appointments before she finally agreed to order it. All the time I was attempting to call her, she referred me to her assistant carol. She literally gave me Carol's cell phone number to set up appointments because she didnt want to deal with my call at the office. So back and forth with Catol and several appointments and phone calls with both her and my insurance I get up on the table. She proceeds to gossip about her other patients while implanting my IUD. She tells my cervix wont let her put it in. And I said you're kidding me, and she seemed annoyed and literally hammered the tube into my cervix. Several thumps later she gets it in. And then she cuts the strands, and she says Oops. Well she cut the strands too short. She said that could be a problem because I wont be able to feel them so I will have to come to her every few months to check that it's still in position. I said sure. I never went back. She will literally find any way to milk patients out of more appointments. And who the eff was Carol? No idea. I asked for a copy of my medical records, guess what? You will need to come back in and make an appointment because all my files are at home and not organized right now. NOT ORGANIZED AND IN HER HOME. God knows why. So I never got my records. My new doctor tried to get them, and she refused to send them for one reason or another. Seriously go to anyone else, this woman is not a good doctor.

Truly recommend her as a doctor . Dr Lieser delivered 4 of my grandchildren - need I say more!

Not caring or personable .. my daughter almost died and she was my doctor and did not once call to check up on me or seemed concerned.. I left her practice after my daughters birth

I saw her once before other, more pressing medical issues took precedence. I liked her easy way immensely. The taking of my medical history and problem took a some time Also, I am disabled so I could not climb onto her examining table, nor did it lower (at all), so she did little examination. Because of my disability, she said she would examine me in the hospital and do whatever was necessary there. I was very pleased with the visit and am very looking forward to making another appointment when I am able.

She is not going to call her patient at all, horrible dr. do not recommend her at all. Very bad experience with her especially with follow up, do not listen to patient at all, talks only about her experiences with patients, very improfessional.

Beware of this Dr. you will go for something and get charged of something else that you didn't even go for. She will bill your insurance for something you didn't ask, if you call her why she charged for the service, she will start fighting with you without even listen to your concern and will repeat same thing again and again, without even paying attention that you are not even listening to her. DO NOT RECOMMEND this DR. at all. I went for IUD replacement but ended up with something else, my pap-smear without my permission, and billed to insurance. Did not even call pharmacy to order or did any procedure. Did not call me back about report or anything. Very careless DR.
