I was seen by Dr Henwood on an emergency basis because of a sudden issue with my eye health. She and her staff were very prompt and helpful in this situation. Further, I found Dr Henwood to be very patient, careful, and open to my questions and concerns. She explained both her findings and treatment recommendations clearly. I feel it was easy to establish a good doctor-patient rapport with her. I recommend her highly.

Dr Joanne Henderon is a wonderful eye doctor — she’s so knowledgeable and really listens to her patients— she’s the BEST — between her and Dr Beckendam I feel completely taken care of — I love having them for my eye doctors.

My visit was excellent. I was seen at the appointment time and was treated professionally by everyone. Dr. Henwood was pleasant and professional, explaining everything to my satisfaction.

The office started a bit late, since the two staff technicians arrived late by about 25 minutes. I was suppose to be seen at 8 AM but was attended to almost 9 AM already, as a result. Dr. Kenwood was very good and positively pleasant to talk to, she answered all my questions about post-surgery eye drops and if I can already turn my head down, take regular showers, and lift heavy objects since she said my eyes are almost completely healed.
