Dr. Crantz knows me like a book. I trust her and value her care and guidance. She is a first rate Physician and diagnostician. She has implemented changes in my habits and behavior that has helped me enjoy a healthier life. As long as she continues her practice, I am sticking with her.

Dr. Crantz is a very good physician who genuinely cares about the health and well being of her patients. Unfortunately, she is entering into the VIP medical profession which will allow a limited number of her patients to continue care with her - at a significant price. Those who have the fee will be cared for while those who don't must find an acceptable alternative to patient care. The new designer medicine is getting more and more popular with physicians and more doctors are looking into this as an alternative to regular office care. I unfortunantely cannot afford this type of care and now find myself in the position of having to locate another qualified doctor after many years of consistent care from a doctor I was very comfortable with. While I realize that doctors also have to make a living and that they can't work for free, I really wish a little more effort would have been made at seeking an alternative. $1500 up front fee is rather steep given the current economy and the… rising cost of insurance and medical care payments already demanded by the doctors and insurance companies for "uncovered" services. Dr. Crantz's decision to move in this direction is very disappointing to me and I will not be one of her chosen 500 for the "consierge medicine" practice.

I have been a patient of Dr. Joanne Crantz for many years. Dr. Crantz is an excellent diagnostician and her caring for me has always been outstanding. She responds to phone calls quickly and she makes sure that her instructions are properly understood. Her staff is supportive and a few of them have been there for years. I am extremely lucky to have Dr. Crantz as my primary care provider.

I have been a patient of Dr. Crantz for five years. There has never been a time when the doctor has not been there for me whatever my problem was. She is a great diagnostician, and makes you feel that everything will be done to get you feeling better again. Dr. Crantz is the kind of doctor that is very hard to find these days. Time is never a factor. She works with you until you feel comfortable. Her staff is also very supportive and caring. I feel very lucky to be her patient.

Dr. Crantz has been my PCP for almost 20 years. We are partners in my health care. We listen to each other and respect each other. Her office is efficiently run and her staff are polite, friendly and supportive. I could not ask for a better doctor or for one who could provide better health care.

Dr Crantz is very caring & a great listner. Extremely sympathetic to your health problems. I could not imagine being a patient of any other area physician.
