This doctor refused to order me an ultrasound and as a result misdiagnosed me based on a manual exam only, claiming i had only a mild cystocele that needed no treatment in my viewpoint she was cruel, ignored my symptoms, and I felt betrayed and demoralized by her and an ombudsman who turned out to be a Kaiser biased watch person not an impartial patient advocate. They both denied me a basic ultrasound and cut me off and would not let me speak, instead forcing me to drive an hour away to be told again after another Kaiser finger exam that there was nothing wrong that kegals couldn't fix-- I subsequently discovered after paying for an ultrasound by a top LA doctor I had an undiagnosed rectocele that was not going to be fixed by kegals was advised to get a surgical repair and had to pay out of pocket for that surgical repair by that surgeon because of her and her cohorts at Kaiser. I was in so much misery for an entire year over this at Kaiser --to add insult to injury- She damaged my… medical record, was unsympathetic, put an alert on my Kaiser medical file/notes, make it hard for me to obtain life insurance and long term care, and did so much damage with her disregarding and insensitive approach in my opinion-- I cannot recommend this doctor in good conscience.

The Dr. took her time to explain what she was doing, my options and next steps to take in order to address my problem. Great experience!
